Great facility! Drive your car in and park ... grab a cart and take your stuff to your storage unit. No freezing temperatures, no driving rain, no 95 degree days! Climate controlled comfort. Very clean. Most staff members are great to work with ... Timothy is especially courteous and helpful. Using Cardinal's move-in truck for just the cost of the gas is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend!

It's so rare to engage with a company where the persons representing it are consistently outstanding. I started out with Cardinal Storage at the 5050 Riggins location where I was pleased with the stellar service provided by Sean Hill. Due to extenuating circumstances I needed a different location and happily chose the 6320 N Hamilton location. Everyone made my experience so painless, effective and efficient. Christiana Tomlinson is truly an awesome person to deal with. I appreciate every single instance where she provided great suggestions. On the day I transferred my stored items from Dublin, Angel Wilson was truly helpful in providing me with great service. And Sean, the property manager at Dublin kindly assisted me with the company trunk so that it was strategically parked in a very accessible spot. I was so relieved how smooth the day went, with credit to Angel for helpful assurance She was great! And to top things off, Timothy Caldwell, the property manager went way beyond the call of duty to ensure my move went very smoothly by supplying me a temporary lock for my new unit which I used until I had fully moved out of my old unit. The free use of the Cardinal Storage move-in truck is why I was able to complete the task within a short period of time. Big thank you to Timothy for such professional and helpful services in every single aspects!
